#1 Updated patch, to Jikes 1.18

Here is an updated version of the Jikes 1.12 patch.

It has been tested against jikes-1.18.tar.bz2,
on the Darwin and Linux platforms with g++3.

Don't forget to --enable-debug with configure,
or the Jikes XML dump will not be included!

It outputs XML, but I haven't verified that it's
exactly the same that the old version did...
