-fixed a bug that occurred when picking Talents from the dropdown menu (slots weren't figured correctly
-fixed output method so that picking a pre-existing file when exporting or saving no longer results in multiple file extensions
-fixed a bug in Resources generation method that caused it to ignore the resource mod (like Mutant's -1CS)
