v.20 is up.

Added Popularity. The +/-/# buttons aren't active yet, but there are check buttons for the variables presented in Advanced set (look under "Base").

Also, I fixed a few bugs;
-Agility "-" button (Thanks ThatArtGuy!) (was set to -11CS instead of -1CS)
-Load method was screwing up. I need to add a choice box ("Are you sure you want to load....") as the Load method is set to reset all info and you'll lose current character.

Next up:
-Finish Popularity stuff
-Contacts
-Bonus/optional powers
-Forms implementation (bonus powers, etc)
