I can't say too much from this problem description, I'm afraid.
Please tell me which operating system you're running and which JDK.
Please also attach the full output of the "make all" command. Hopefully
this will enable me to make an educated guess at what the problem is.

Also, have you modified javamath/src/Makefile.incl 
and  javamath/src/server/Server.* to conform to your installation
as per http://javamath.sourceforge.net/instructions.txt ?
