Redated the beta ;-)

I had hoped to finish a beta by the end of February. Unfortunately, I didn't really have time to work on this, so it's been moved forward. Some progress has been made, however, on basic macros--I'll commit something soon. If you feel like helping out, do mention it & you can be added to the project.
