I work on a pentium III , 550 Mhz, 256MB Ram , win nt 4.0, i try to make an analog for jlgui but i'm experiencing real problems with mp3's , some mp3's are unsupported and the others are supported, what can be the differnces between 2 mp3's , both are 48 000 khz, 128 kbit/sec etc ... ?
Anyway , i just saw that i can get no reverb from the audiosystem ... so i wanna make it bymyself , difficult but not impossible , have you got any PCM documentations laying somewhere , would be really helpful :)
