I see that plugin can be updated, but then it shows:

P.S.: please add 0.5.x milestone, selected v0.4.0 now...

Hi Andre,
I've just tried it with a clean Eclipse 4.3.1 platform and installed from http://javahexeditor.sourceforge.net/update/ without problems. Which version of Eclipse/Eclipse installer are you using? If you are using the Oomp installer, probably its cache is broken because of other plugins. I had the same issue just last week with another feature.

Setting to completed as problem seems to be gone. Feel free to reopen, in case you can reproduce it.
