There are a lot of JGroups releases right now. I think it's good that you make bug fixes available as soon as possible. But now I'm a bit confused about all those branches... 3.2, 3.3 and even 3.4.
Can you please tell me what should be the main reasons to upgrade from the 3.2.x to the 3.3.x release? What are the main advantages of the 3.3 branch?
Of course I can check the issue tracker at https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP#selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project:changelog-panel&allVersions=true
but this doesn't give me a summary of the major differences between the branches.
In other words, what would be the business case to upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3 ?
Thanks for your answer.
If you're not following the mailing lists and/or blog where I announce releases (e.g. http://belaban.blogspot.ch/2013/05/jgroups-330final-released.html), then JIRA's the only way to see what has changed between releases.
Thanks for the link to your blog article about the 3.3 release.
