It made sense to start a new bug for this.

All 90 tests are running on Windows/mysgit

And temp-dirs are now written to c:/Temp

But, there are currently 4 directories that are not deleted upon completion:

Hi,

I've created a JavaGit fork located at http://bit-man.github.io/SwissArmyJavaGit/ and this problem seems to be fixed in last version (unless it doesn't happen in my Linux box).

Please feel free to clone the repository or download it and, BTW, I'm looking for Windows testers.
