Hello,

Again the bluetooth transfer link request, but slightly different.

Imagine you wanted to send a pokemon from one device to another, you have already developed save game transfer. what if you could open 2 game datas at a time on one device and send pokemon on a single device? there is a pc emulator that does that on the same system so in a sense it's the same thing, although i know it will be slow.

As for battles, you know on a computer, you can switch between windows? Just like that, you can trade, like mentioned above or switch and 2 players can battle on the same handset after one phone's data has been transferred to phone number 2.

You mean two instances of the emulator should run on one device, running two different game states? That would be really slow. Don't know whether I will take the time and implement this. Perhaps someone else will do.

i know it will be slow, but put it this way, pokemon trading is short. and in terms of combating, there are powerful phone like the satio, so it's not completely worthless.

i used to play pokemon gold on a old symbian phone.. i think it's called vampent or something like that. i remember, before the game is loaded you started a kind of server/client module leaving an open socket all time meanwhile you were playing allowing you to transfer / battle at any point...also that system used to have some bugs while fighting i think.
could anything like that be possible?

That sounds like a whole lot of work and will most probably be horribly slow. So I think I am not the one to volunteer for this.
