The windows distribution (Javadoc2Help-0.1-DEV.zip) was not packaged poperly due to which the execution of the jar file used to fail. This has been fixed and is available as the file with the same name as above.

In order to fix this manually check this thread.

The first version of Javadoc2Help is out.

Javadoc2Help is a java based tool for converting the javadoc generated html output to Java Help, HTML help(CHM) and Oracle Help for Java (OHJ)

The tool is based uses xsl for generating the helpset, map and toc files and hence can be customized by customizing the xsls.
