#11 highlight using image coordinates

Add method for highlighting words on a djvu image by passing image coordinates, perhaps by adding support for a param called highlight with value of coordinates and highlight color.

Example: 540,3062,81,28,ff0000

The idea would be to provide the same type of functionality as commercial browser plug-in provides by passing options in the url string, for example:

[url].djvu?djvuopts&highlight=87,3432,82,30,ff0000
