At the start of the generated xml files for
superproduct_x there are these two xml tags:
<!DOCTYPE api PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0
Transitional//EN" "c:\temp_jdiff\xhtml1-
transitional.dtd">
<api xmlns:xsi='c:\temp_jdiff\XMLSchema-instance'
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation='api.xsd' name="Coffee
3.1" jdversion="1.0.4">

Both tags refer to online documents that again refers
to other online documents.
-these docs are refernced: xhtml1-transitional.dtd,
xhtml-lat1.ent, xhtml-special.ent, xhtml-symbol.ent
and XMLSchema-instance.xml.

If you could provide a command-line switch where one
could specify the two directly referenced files
(xhtml1-transitional.dtd and XMLSchema-instance), it
would allow for local (offline) execution of javadiff
without manually editing these references in the
generated xml files.

I myself would be very happy to be able to execute
javadiff as part of a continious integration
(cruisecontrol) setup.

Good catch! Again, this is planned for JDiff1.0.5.
