All days in the first column of the DatePicker are
moved one row up if u select e.g. german locale. This
is because sunday isn't the first, but the last day of
the week in germany (and other countries). The
weekInMonth function returns a wrong value if one
sticks to starting the table with sunday. At some
months there is an even bigger problem - an array out
of bounds exception is thrown.

Of course the labels and buttons should also be
language dependend, but this is a minor problem.

The hardcoded colors are another point, they don't
change with the l&f and do not even obay to the java
l&f defaults.

Also DateField show no reaction on setEnabled(false).

I changed most of these points (actually all, but the
button labels because i don't know a nice way to
translate them to whatever language a user might speak)
and added the result as a zip file. I would like to see
some of my changes in a new release, nice work so far,
keep on.

p.s.: excuse me for the more cosmetic changes in the
code i made.

p.p.s.: i can't login because my proxy doesn't support
https here ... stupid thing
