[Javadata-developer] minor javadata release

Slowed down by new job, flu, and bronchitis.

I'm putting intro and higher-level docs into javadocs buckets (e.g. - 
overview.html, package.html).

The current package/class/interface organization is holding up under 
the onslaught of documentation.

Comments welcome.
