#14 B/W highlighting

Really interesting package - nice job!

One thing that I noticed right away was that when
running the
"make test" target, it works fine on Linux with
ncurses, but
when run on Black/White display, you can't see the
selected item.

I got the same results on Linux after setting "TERM=vt100",
forcing a B/W display.

I tried changing the SelectedColor from BOLD to REVERSE and
got the same results. Is this in the test program or
in the library?
