Unfortunately only by compiling a checkout from after that date. But I 
won't have time until Christmas, so I can't do it for you until then...
Also, I currently don't plan to create a new JNC release. There are no 
big improvements since my last release. I'm waiting for the integration 
of openJDK for the next release.
