[Javacad-develop] Build error

Hello !
    I have down loaded cvs tarball of jCad source. I am trying to built it
on Windows XP.I have j2sdk 1.4.0, Ant 1.4.1 (which is part of Java Web
Services Developer Pack). On built I am getting following error.

    Content not allowed on prolog.

please help,
