[Javacad-develop] Up to date ChangeLog anywhere?

Is there a ChangeLog or other up to date listing of changes in the code
somewhere? It's hard to see the big picture from log entries.

From the current ChangeLog file one would assume nothing has happened
since last release, but that is not the case...
