The numbering of the pieces was driving me crazy so I modified plain.skn to
use the correct alternate numbering. I uploaded it to my web
server in case anyone else wants it. Also, feel free to distribute it along
with the program if you want.
It would also be nice if we had the option to treat the Spy as #11 (it can
defeat anything). That's how spies are treated in the instructions for my
version of the board game (the newer version by Hasbro or whoever). It also
has the numbering scheme above in the newer version of the game. Some people
(particularly me) are used to this scheme.

note: when I said that the spy can defeat anything, I meant anything except
for a bomb or another spy.
A spy attacking another spy would result in both dying. (which can be a good
strategy if you've already defeated the other player's general... now with the
opponent's 10 gone and neither player having a spy, your 10 can kill anything
that moves - since bombs can't move)

***I meant Marshal... not General

Yes, Hasbro has decide to completely screw up the numbering of the units. I
thought I had included a skin for the new American numbering, but I guess not.
The good news is you can use whatever skin you want and your opponent will
never know the difference.
I might add your custom rule to the settings in the next release.. especially
if that's how Hasbro has it set up now. Or you could edit the code yourself
and submit a patch :p
Oh I also made a thread for sharing skins.

btw, the numbering scheme is as follows:
(higher numbers = higher rank)
10 - Marshal
9 - General
8 - Colonel
7 - Major
6 - Captain
5 - Lieutenant
4 - Sergeant
3 - Miner
2 - Scout
