Version 3 released

Version 3 is now able to read/write BINARY, DWORD, MULTI and EXPAND values!
This is implemented by using the Runtime.exec() method and the regedit.exe (parsing results, etc..).

Please test these new functions if the are working 100% correctly (just tested in Windows XP SP 2).

All other (old) methods (since version 2) are stil using the java.dll and no dirty wrapping via exec.
