[Java-readline-devel] First java-implementation for getVar()/setVar()

Hi,

I just commited some changes to implement the java-side of the getVar() / 
setVar()-stuff. It is not complete in the sense that all constants are 
defined (in fact, only one is), but it should give an idea of the design. The 
native-C side will follow soon.

If you have any comments, questions and or suggestions, please let me know.
