Hi Hen,

I changed the implementation of the two critical functions to use a dynam=
ic=20
allocated buffer instead of a fixed-sized buffer. Please have a look at t=
he=20
code and test it with HenPlus.

I also moved the ChangeLog file to NEWS. Since ChangeLog can be created f=
rom=20
the repository, there is no need to check it in. It should be created jus=
t=20
before creating a new distribution package.
