Hi Craig, the JavaGetline.dll in the contrib-directory is only created with cygwin, it should run without it. Can you reproduce your problem from a "normal" DOS-prompt (to be honest: I have not yet worked with XP, so I don't know if it still has a DOS-prompt). It might be possible that the DLL does not run under XP (the Visual C++ compiler is rather old). I have not yet managed to create a working DLL with cygwin, it should be possible but I can't figure out how.
