Here it is again

1. The items of the array of the fiducials were never
created so every access to them resulted in NPE.

2. Due to a poor copy&paste setPos(...) was used
everywhere instead of the appropriate methods (such as
setRot(...) )

3. Erroneous loop indexing (i and j were used wrongly)
