#1 missing property definition

if i check out branch "branches/monitoring-plugin-refactoring-branch" i cannot build the project right away ,i have to GUESS correct property settings adn create new property file in home directory.

I cannot find any documentation on that issue.

Can you please provide an example property file and add/explain default properties to the documentation?
