What exactly is for the parameter in the MsnMessenger.newSwitchboard method, and how a get that new switchboard created?

Yes it would be cool to explain in details the IP address and port to use.
I start to use the library since few days and, if I understood how does a conversation works, I have to create a switchboard to start a conversation with one or more of my contacts.
It's off topic but, it will be pretty cool to have an example (like the ones which are already available) of a basic messenger which send MsnInstantMessage instead of just using the sendText method.
The point is that when a conversation is started by a contact, we got a switchboard automatically... so it's "easy" to manage. But it doesn't look like the same when we want to start the conversation.
