Sometimes an issue occurs where the connection may be lost or something else goes worng at io level. You can see this in the logs with these cindy exceptions. However, these exceptions don't buble up to the service. So is there way to detect the availability of a connection so you can recover from a lost connection?
Is this project still under development? It seems nothing has happened for a long time. Shame, it's a nice library.

Anyway, I've seen the errors you are referring to that don't bubble up and will see what needs to be done to get them carried on up.
