Hi everyone,

I was trying to get the ip address of contact, but failed, I only can get the msn robot's ip address, but it is not what I want.
does anyone know how to get the specific contact's ip address?

I was trying to use switchboard.getConnection().getExternalIP() to get ip address of contact, but got null.
