Note that this patch changes the all caps descriptions to "better looking" descriptions. I definitely am fine with the better looking descriptions as anyone that really wants uppercase could uppercase the string to their own liking. However, note that the online one is blanked out. If anyone has any opinions on this I'd like to hear them.
