[Java-gnome-developer] [patch] Support Sun JDK >= 1.6

I tried to compile it with OpenJDK. However script detect no runtime.
This patch provides support for Sun JDK >= 1.6 provided they will not
change it's java -version output and they stays with 1.x naming
convention. I hope it will be useful.
