Or, just patch it out to get rid of it, seeing as how it's not actually
used at this time (the docbook related targets are commented out of the
actual Makefiles at the moment).

which is what I did for the Gentoo ebuilds after one of my users
complained of the same thing.

[I hadn't noticed myself because I had docbook-sgml-utils installed on
my system as a result of it being required by some other package]
