[Java-gnome-developer] make error

Hi:
  I have get java-gtk.0.8.1 on x86,OS is linux RedHat 9.0,and I have
performance as follow:
       ./configure --with-gtk-only
--with-java-prefix=/root/java/j2sdk1.4.0.1
       make
then, a problem arise:
    make[1]: buildfile: Command not found
 Thanks in advice.
