I agree, I've had to upgrade autoconf, it isn't even in last Fedora release, also if an older autoconf is used, it prints out only a strange message. However I think Mark's primary goal is having Java-Gnome included in the official list in time, then we should focus on having these major issue resolved asap. There is also a todo list for the build system: There are a few items on the build TODO though: - make gcj native builds optional -- at the moment, they are always built. - improve makefiles for the documentation packages - improve location detection of gtk jar file (for e.g. gnome tarball) - TEST - use autoconf < 2.58 (I'll suggest) -- Luca De Rugeriis <pie...@li...> |
