[Java-gnome-developer] Glade file placement

When loading glade ui files, a filename has to be specified. Is there
any standard way of specifying where this file is located? I want to
search first in my build dirs and then in standard system dirs (I
think). Do I have to write the code myself for searching for the file,
or is it available somewhere?
