Thank you, it was really easy:

Nepto root # cd /usr/local/
Nepto local # mkdir portage
Nepto local # cd portage/
Nepto portage # mkdir -p dev-java/java-gnome
Nepto portage # cd dev-java/java-gnome/
Nepto java-gnome # wget -O java-gnome-0.8.1.ebuild "http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=20692&action=view"

Than I have to delete ")" characters at the end of lines from DEPEND
string, because "portage" failed during dependecies calculation.

Next I tried to emerge java-gnome, but there was so many dependencies
packages and I do not want to install them all (I have especially
problem with gnome-base/* packages and Gtk+ 2 (I'm using only Gtk+ 1).
So for this time I recognized not to install new java-gnome.

Nepto root # emerge -pv java-gnome

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

However I greatly appreciate your effort in creating support ebuilds for
Gentoo Linux distribution. I have some plans with creating ebuilds for
some of my packages/projects and your ebuild will be a good point where
to start with learning this (in addition to official Gentoo Linux
documentation).
