[Java-gnome-developer] Processing sgml Documentation

Hi,
  I've been updating the Debian packages of java-gnome and realised that
I hadn't been including the tutorial or FAQ (I'm assuming the other
files in doc are now obsolete). There doesn't seem to be a makefile
target for these and I don't know anything about the format used.

How can I generate user documentation from these? (possibly html
format).
