Still trying to figure it out... Not many gnome apps use gtk toolbars - gul, bonobo, all sorts of others. It's a shame there isn't a app.getToolbar method, like there is a getMenuBar(). My tests doing your suggestion don't work - there is just an empty toobar (I populated it with some simple buttons) (using gnome App.setToolbar()). Also, the TestGtk example crashes when clicking the toolbar example. Has anybody managed to get a ToolBar to work? -- .''`.
