[Java-gnome-developer] Status and development needs

Hello,

I've been looking at the java-gnome effort and am wondering what the
status is for Gtk+ 2.2 and Gnome 2.2 support. Is the development of the
binding still continuing? It's been a long time since there's been a
release but the cvs shows activity.

Are there particular areas where help is needed? I would be interested
to help out occasionally.
