Hi,
  This looks like there are problems with the
gnu/jni/gnu_gtk_GtkWindow.c file. This is part of the gtk distribution
you are using, so I would suggest you upgrade this. 
It seems you are using java-gnome 0.7.1 - this depends on the old gtk1.
It might be a good idea to use the code from java-gnome CVS, compiled
with the newer releases, gtk2.0 or gtk2.2
