[Java-gnome-developer] APIdoc packaged

Hi guys!

I was unhappy, that there where no downloadable-packages of the
java-gnome-apidoc so I built an BZIP2 archive.
You can unpack the archives with "Bunzip2 archive.bz2".
I hope this will be useful and its not only a waste of your time....
