[Java-gnome-developer] java-gtk for Windows?

I use the Gimp in Windows

DLLs for running the Gimp.
I have no C compiler for Windows but I like Java and GTK+.
Question: Does anybody have compiled the JNI GTK+ code to DLLs in order
one can make Java-GTK+ applications in Windows?

...by the way I heard GNOME was ported to Windows too...
