My guess is that it'll still be a month or so until the base bindings have reached a semblance of stability, and at that point, there *still* won't be a lot of the usual conveniences that one gets in the base GTK because the bindings won't actually be complete yet. So, work done at the glade level would be subject to a lot of ebbs and flows in the underlying stuff until more of it is pinned down. All that being said, I personally am looking particularly forward to being able to use an interactive GUI development tool with Java-Gnome, since I'm not very adept at writing GUI code myself. -dan |
