If you run into the problem again please let us know.  We can add it to
the FAQ if necessary but I do not think it should be a problem after the
release of 0.5.0.

The rpm packages that you need (for Redhat 6.2) are something like:

sgml-common-0.1-7
sgml-tools-1.0.9-5
docbook-3.1-3

although newer versions (and some older versions) should work.
