[java-gnome-hackers] version bump

Sometime later today I intend to checkin some code that will only compile
with gtk 2.3.2.  Those of you who have be developing against garnome 0.29.1
will not be able to compile the bindings and will need to upgrade you gnome
dev environment.  There is not an updated garnome so you will have to look
to other options.  I use CVSGnome
(http://www.akcaagac.com/index_cvsgnome.html)
to update my system.  It was not an easy task.  The script did not work
correctly and I had to spend a couple of days nursing it to get everything
to compile.  If you want to use this process to udpate you system I will
be happy to help you through this mess.
