[java-gnome-hackers] Update

I have just compiled the latest garnome (D&DE 2.5.2) and compiled the latest
java-gnome.  Everything seems to be working file.

As you have seen, I am working on the Action/ActionGroup/UIManager classes.
This is turning out to be somewhat complicated but I finally think I have it
under
control.  I think I have ActionGroup working with the ActionEntry and the
ToggleActionEntry classes.  All that is remaining is the Radio set of
classes.
Then I should be able to complete the UIManager class.  I hope to complete
all of this sometime in the next two days.
