ToolBar has significant changes.  Half of the class
has been deprecated (replaced by new methods) and a 
new object (ToolItem) has been introduced.  I just 
updated ToolBar and added proper event handling for 
this class.  I also just created the glue/jni and 
the beginning of the public interface for ToolItem.  
Somebody needs to complete ToolItem (please!!).
