[java-gnome-hackers] java-gnome developer list cleanup

There are currently 13 developers listed on the java-gnome
project but only a few are actually active with the project
at this time.  I want to do a little house cleaning and remove
the people who do not wish to participate in this project 
going forward.  If you wish to continue as a developer on
this project please let me know by Friday.  Otherwise I
will remove you from the project.
