[java-gnome-hackers] Vte checked in

Hi. I finally checked in the vte code. I've also checked a little build
script untill I have time to prepare the make and configure files.

TODO(by order of preference):

 - Check in an example.
 - Work on the event code.
 - Try to fix the makefile stuff.
 - Complete the binding and the documentation.
 - Write a short parragraph of how to use the widget.
 - Write tests?
