It doesn't matter what the name is, but it does matter that anyone else's applications will be expecting the library by that name. ++ > COPYING yeah yeah :) As it happens, I've just redone the copyright headers for another project of mine so that Ohloh will recognize it as GPL v2. I'll be doing the same thing over the next few days to java-gnome, presumably with the classpath exception text http://www.gnu.org/software/classpath/faq/faq.html#faq2_1 as well for the distributed part of the library.
